I just received my renewal notice by MCE.
My premium went down about 50%, from 1.3k to 600something.

Of course I'm obviously pleased (especially after budgeting about 1.5k for the renewal) but, out of curiosity, has Covid something to do with it? Or age (I'll be 41 in a few weeks)?
Apart from another no claims year (I think it's more than 13 now) nothing changed on my side.

Well done you - I just got £230 back (with 6 months left to run) from mine as I've moved a short distance and now have a garage.

I was told by Bennetts that you can only 'earn' 5 years of no claims on a bike, anymore than that and it makes no difference.

Just renewed.
I lied when I said nothing changed on my side. I forgot 2 years ago I got a speeding conviction and 6 points on my license. My car insurance went up. Bike policy was unaffected (incredibly). Now this. Maybe they know I'm driving/riding very carefully everywhere until the 6 points expire :D
