Well here we go, had the tank resprayed on the old 1150GS Adventure tank and got myself a 1150GSA Bagster Hareness cover to protect it a little as ever so often she drops to one side.
Now I purchased this lovely bagster tankbag only to find out that obviously not all bagster tank bags fit onto the GSA harness...never crossed my mind, but you learn something every day.
Any ideas how this could still be used or am I right to assume that this is a lost cause?
Cheers for any suggestions and maybe somebody got the right Bagster tankbag for the 1150GSA and wants to sell...
Also anybody interested in this lovely grey black Bagster Tankbag..???

Perhaps it's a bag for the Easy Trail system, rather than the traditional tank bra. I see a tab, so what is under that central strip on the base?

If the bag sits the tank OK & clips in at the rear, it should be easy enough to modify the front fixings with a couple of D-rings & some webbing.

The push in fittings look to be at the front of the bag from the underneath photo, they are normally at the back, and the d rings on the adjustable webbing at the front. As Squibb said, is the base pad removable and the position able to be changed ?
In the 2nd photo you show the handle facing fwd, I would suggest the other way round.
Al.

You could take it to a local cobblers and ask them to put some webbing straps on in the right place.

That's what I'd do. (or I'd ask my mate Harv to do it as he has equipment for doing leather)
