Quite a long way from the top
My Gasser EC200 came lowered, 129mm linkages fitted. I have a 122mm set I assume are the originals - does anyone have any idea how much the seat height will rise through losing 7mm from the linkage? Approx will do

Most dirt bikes are around the 950mm mark for original seat height. I seem to remember changing the linkage on Denise's bike was an absolute doddle, why not just try it?

Don't forget to also lift the forks up through the yolks as well!

Try around 15mm to start with.

Thanks for the advice

OE dog bones fitted, 6mm shorter. Seat height gone up 21mm, so about a 3.5 : 1 ratio. Feels better, forks dropped down through the yokes too. I’ll try it out properly tomorrow.

Difficult to quantify but felt ‘right’.
Found a new mate too
