TomTom rider 550 screen settings

Folks forgive my fu**wittery but how do you alter the screen colours on the 550?
It’s fine when I’m riding a route but when I’m just out on the bike everything is in black and white. Am I missing something?

Sounds like you are on night settings, set to auto or day, it’s in the quick set up menu
