Thanks to a fella on here, my R is now pretty much how I want it. Really enjoying it and it works better for me my than my previous GS.

Leo Vince sounds great with the baffle in, out it is a bit much, for me :eek:

Looks great mate. Got the same exhaust but with the baffle removed - its intoxicating. I've fitted a Puig hugger, Evotec tail tidy too which make it look sharper / sportier at the rear end.
 
I have considered the tail tidy, but the fitting looks like a proper faff and I am not too bothered. The rear rack is the only other thing I might change (remove and keep pillion handles) as I don't have a top box.
 
I admit I've had similar thoughts about the rack too, but sometimes when I look at the bike I think it looks good, a part of the bike so to speak. I saw a R1200R Sport yesterday without the rack and thought the rear looked too short. Mixed views for me.
