Can anyone help with some torque values?

Hi

I bought the adjustable BMW foot-pegs for my 1250GS but found the stub for deploying the side-stand would foul the bottom of my boot in the middle or lower position when changing gear, so can only use them in highest (standard) position

I managed to get a good condition side-stand off ebay from Germany and have welded the stub at a lower position. Wanted to try the bike with the pegs at the lowest with the adapted stand before I get it painted / powder coated

On the schematic there is the kick stand screw (No4) and a grub screw (No2) fastening at opposing ends

Trying to get the torque value and if loctite is specified?
