Smartpack issue help please

Had a Smartpack for a few years and no issues.

For some reason incoming calls no longer ring in the headset.

I can only tell a call is coming in because of my phone ringing or vibrating.

I can then voice activate the call and everything else is fine.

The Smartpack is linked to my iPhone XR and not through the TFT system.

What have I done ?

Can't find a solution on the Cardo website and no replay yet to my query to them.

A final question with maps on my phone as the spoken directions never go through the Cardo either which would be useful if on my other bike

And yes I am still a complete technophobe.

check your phone settings for volume levels first.
then use the app to check how your smartpack is set up
if all else fails try the manual!

Been reading the manual but mention of the incoming call ringer

Volume is fine
 
Turns out the call volume was set fine but the ringer was turned down so oops
