Behave ya sen... Anyhoo. This is exactly how i bought it and did and still struggle liking the seats. It gives you a double bounce which is just
weird but getting used to the plodding is kinda fun....
Many years ago when I was an apprentice I helped my dad fully restore an ex WD/CO 350 Enfield and that had girder forks, solid rear end and a sprung seat plus square profile tyres made from what appeared to be Bakelite. That thing was a real bad news machine to be on if you either wanted to stop fast or overdid it going into a corner.
He rode it until he was well into his 60s then gave it to me but it wasn’t getting used so I gave it back and he sold it then spent the readies on an all inclusive holiday for him and my mum
