Having taken a break since selling my last GS in Dec 2019 I got hold of a 2020 ATAS DCT ES 5 weeks or so ago. 300miles in and I'm enjoying it. Tank and ABS recalls were done by Honda the first week I had it. Have since purchased a Givi Trekker top box and plate. Enjoying the DCT but having to hold myself back compared to my old 2009 GS - the AT is easy to push on! Got back in it at midnight last night and am very impressed by the cornering lights. I am still keen to add some spots soon, but they are an outlay and I'm not sure the Denali Datadim work with the 2020 onwards bike. Otherwise I would be looking at the Denali 2.0s.

Here you go, picture from the 1st ride and then yesterday afternoon when I had an hour to kill between work. My last GS I commuted on for 18months in any weather and was sick of bikes at the end of that (principally because of the route) I'm going to try and be more disciplined with this and not go in bad weather (plus its a much nicer bike!), to preserve the fun element.

I should say it feels much better balanced than my 09GS but then there are 12 years worth of technology improvements so it probably should!

Understood! I never thought I’d be tempted away from the boxer but variety is the spice of life apparently! The previous owner went back to a Beemer, we’ll see how long I last!
