A mate bought the 650 version a couple of years ago and he loves it. He's lucky enough to live in central Italy and the b@stard keeps sending me pictures of the bike, usually parked roadside with a backdrop of fabulous mountain scenery and always - always - sitting in the warm sunshine.
Like me, he's a late comer to Guzzi ownership but he's making up for lost time as he's also got a lovely T3 (in orange...) and a little 250 single, an Airone I think. We had planned to meet up at Mandello but that's not going to happen now. Hopefully next year.
The only issue he's had with the NTX is that it's quite tall in the saddle so he's had to cut down the seat. It was either that or 1970's stack heel boots...
