Strange looking Dyna.

It's too early to be a Dyna, it's an FXR Frame with a Road King Front End by the look of it.
Few other MisFit Bitz too.
Proper Bitsa is that one!!
 
Think the poor old fella meant Heritage...

Yep. What a mutt, too. Actually I don’t think that’s a RK front-end - looks more like an old FL front end. Headlight nacelle has ribs on it. Also has the Dyna LowRider gauges on the tank (mighta been from a CVO FXR-3, too - they had the same deal).
