Looks good Martin.
I'm going to look at one tommorow
No . And not a Burgman either
Is it a big TMax? Or Bergman?
Well tried it for size & weight ..
For such a big bike, it carrys it's weight down low, dare i say lower than the GS
bum to floor, definitely lower than the GS, and narrower too ( why did you have to make the frame wider BMW?)
Balls of the foot both sides, and going full flat on one side isnt very hard to achieve
Engine note is stunning, even with stock pipes
Had a chat about availability, not many left, and only one more delivery this side of Chrimbo
If i wanted a tour, its January at the earliest
Next steps if i want to,
A 48hr test weekend, and then potentially the big one, do i punt the GS and go with the Wing ?
Was the demo on a DCT bike ?
There are no more Manual transmission bikes being produced.
Everything now is DCT, so it would be a DCT
BTW i havent had a demo yet, todays was just try for size / weight
No point rocking up for a test ride if i couldnt touch the floor, ( although Yamaha were quite happy for me to take the Niken when i couldn't get anywhere near the floor lol)
Tempted?

Not true, according to the website.
You can still get a manual Tour
What about this then ?
Manual gearbox for sir, who is a Luddite and no red engine for madam…..
yes you are correct, i should have made it clearer, no more manuals on the bagger only DCT
Perhaps, gents it’s time for a nice car…..

There weren’t any manuals on the non Tour in 2022 either.
So the one i looked at must have been a earlier bike then ?
