Throttle bodie failure

Am I all alone, in europe, with this incident.??.

Never encountered that problem.
If the pulley is still a tight fit you could secure it with a screw.
The Dan Cata refurb kit includes a screw to thread into the end of the shaft to do just that. It's been a reliable assembly on my bike.

I havent had time to check here much of late
I havent seen or heard of this either - you got lucky!
Parts are also availble from Bing USA.
At the calendar age / km i suggest it will be a good thing to give the throttle bodies a clean and deep level service.
