I have a Macbook Air early 2014 and bought a battery from Amazon,very easy to change it yourself,they even supply the screwdrivers to do it with.

thanks unfortunately amazon are not posting batteries to N. Ireland!!
Thanks got one sorted but unfortunately postage to NI is £16 as DHL are only company that will deliver. PO don't deliver lithium batteries to NI!

I'd personally have looked at one of Apple's certified repair centres.
Its about £125 for a battery fitted but it comes with a full warranty and doesn't affect anything that Apple might cover on the unit either unlike opening it up yourself.
