Would 1150 Adventure shocks fit an 1150 ?

I believe they will but you will need the ADV side and centre stands as it will stand higher.
GSA to GS ??
Yes in theory But stand lengths will be screwed up!
Basically its the same bike with longer shocks Bigger tank Gearbox options and appropriate length stands

To answer your question. Yes.
Yes they will, I’ve fitted them to mine. You will need the side stand and centre stand off the adventure too. When you’ve fitted the shocks, check the the front brake hose isn’t being strained with the bars turned to the left. Also check the rear brake hose because the swingarm will ‘droop’ a bit lower with the GSA shock. Mine were a bit strained so I fitted the front and rear adventure brake hoses as well.
If we are talking 1100 to 1150 (see above) then no the bottom mountings are different
