CRF1100 adv sports indicators

I was out on the bike today and was unlucky enough to get a large stone flick up from the car in front which hit my front left indicator, punching a small hole in the lens. A quick call to Honda revealed that I can’t buy the lens separately and the whole indicator assembly is nearly £120! I’ve filled the whole with a resin for now to keep the water out and started scouring eBay for some second hand ones. Oddly enough I can’t find any front indicators at the moment but there are a few rear ones. I’ve compared the pictures to mine and the lens mouldings and reference numbers are identical but does anyone know if a rear indicator is the same as the front and will fit ok? I know it’s a long shot but just thought someone may have had a similar experience….

Flip that’s tough. I did the same to my front on my 1250 last week. £45 to replace it.
