Apologies to admin as I guess this is a wanted ad but it’s also a question for the ones in the know.
I realised today that my gs urban won’t start in gear with the clutch pulled in, which it should. On closer inspection it appears that the aftermarket levers the previous owner fitted are not actually activating the clutch lever switch, so they are destined for the bin and I’m on the lookout for some std levers.
My question is… a. does anyone have any to sell? And b. Were the same lever used on other models so I can widen my search?

Thank you.

Right i'll go easy

Yes used on many others

but as you didn't say what year of bike,

There are over 96 months of bikes to find all the permutations of lever fitted etc.

if you give a model year it narrows the search down to a 1 in 12 chance.

Model year and month of manufacture gets it to 1 in 1

Ah yes good point its a ‘19 plate ……not sure on month of manufacture though,

IVe based this on an 01/19 model

Once you find out what month it was made (V5c should tell you) ;)

head over to www.realoem.com and you can see exactly whats available

If you want billet parts, thyre available also, i think about £150 each

https://www.bmw-motorrad-bohling.com/uk/ - will give you an indication of the prices :)

Thank you, there seems to be a real shortage of them second hand. I guess when they get replaced they just end up in a box at the back of the garage.

The epicentre of RnineT customisations in the UK has to be Pier City Cycles near Brighton. If anyone had stock parts for sale it has to be them.

Bumhead has a pair of levers for sale

Might be worth making contact
