1290 SA brake problem

Brake lever on my 1290 SA goes all the way back to the handlebar. It's something that's got worse over the past few months. Now it's quite easy to pull it back to the bar with one finger. no leaks and no use of fluid.

Anybody have a clue?

When was the last time the brake fluid was changed?

That would be where I would start.

Looks like it's the master cylinder seal. KTM don't list a repair kit only the complete master cylinder (£400).

Having trouble finding a 3rd party one.

Anyone?
