You can use a USB C to Surface connector cable, then any decent power bank that will do 35W + Output will get juice back into it.
I use an amazon USB C Cable / converter with a CharMast 65W output power bank. That blasts extra juice if needed into the Surface or iPad Pro.
Whole lot comes in around £50 from Amazon.

Thank you very much Fluffmeister- I've looked up the Charmast but , oh dear...it gets a real bad slating on amazon
but following your lead and getting a 35W+ one.
The Anker Powercore elite III 25600 -60W seems a good bet if more expensive alas but good warranty
for advice-
