Route de Napoleon (or maybe not) off road bit with tunnel

Allihies again.. but off to Asia soon....
I saw it on here last year and can't find it again. Any town name or coordinates, I fancy cycling some of it

I have searched to no avail.

I was on an unpaved Col in that region a few years back......although I don't remember a tunnel.

Thats because you were on the Strada dell Assietta dropping down to Susa, Italy. The tunnel is in France.

The nearest town is Embrun, then follow signs to Crevoux to the East of the town, once at Crevoux follow signs for La Chalp and once there the road becomes a track to the Tunnel.
 
Just to confuse things..........
