Is it best to put the back end of the gaiter onto the swing arm before mounting it onto the frame?

Just a small observation and not a criticism, I thought you might have made the clip screws on the swinging arm gaiters a bit more accessible, I know from experience they are difficult to access at the best of times, looks better without the screw showing though
