Some pics and a short video from last weekend’s Wales 500 based at Baskerville Hall.
The Rallymoto events are for big bikes with easy off-road sections designed to be rideable on 50/50 tyres. The rest of the route is mostly excellent b-roads.
You can hire the road book gear and run an ICO app on your mobile phone to get started with zero investment.
I’ve purchased the F2R setup with GPS based ICO’s for distance, speed and compass heading, together with handlebar mounted controls. This setup mounts to the handlebars so is easy to add and remove and also to switch to other bikes.
We rode down on the Friday afternoon and setup camp.
It was then time to sign-on, have a beer and get some food.
Baskerville Hall is an interesting place and perfect for this kind of event.
The next morning, the rider briefing was at 08:30 and first bike away at 09:00.
Trips reset, and we are off.

The route was approx 300kms each day.
All in all a great weekend on bikes with mates.
