Bit of a long shot but...

I've had this a couple of times lately.

2007 1200 GSA.

When the front suspension compresses all the way down (or around there) I can hear a very loud plastic-like crack/snap sound. Doesn't sound good one bit.
I've had this the first time while fooling around doing a small stoppie, and the other day on rough-ish terrain.

Never had this before.
Looked at the suspension and seems ok. Nothing in the way.

Anything else I should look at? Any common faults/issues in that area?
I might have the noise on camera (just have to check boring footage to find it).

The only change to the bike lately was replacing the windscreen with a WRS touring version, but I don't see how/where it could touch and make that noise?

Is the spring in one piece? I mean, is it broken?

Just a thought?

I'll double check that thanks.
I was also thinking maybe where the shock connects to the frame.

Had a set-up on the shocks (I have Ohlins TTX front and back) a couple of months ago and they were in good conditions. Bike handles ok.

Issue I have is that is nearly impossible to repeat the conditions of the noise when in the garage inspecting the bike.

Unship the bottom shocker mount and the ball joint and move everything around to see if anything makes a noise.
