Older Rukka sizing?

Advice welcome, I'm looking out for an older Rukka jacket (Armas or similar) and wondering about sizing. I'm around 39/40inch chest, normally a medium but sometimes large as I like room to layer and I have great long monkey arms!

How do the older Rukka Adventure type jackets size up chest etc. generous fit? Are the arms a decent length?

On my Armas the sizing is larger than the newer Orivesi jacket I have, trousers are definitely smaller fitting not so much the waist but thigh sizing and leg width.

I would say an older size 50 might be a tad tight and short in the arm but a 52 would probably be nearer the mark
