Hi Folks,

I have been looking at cafes suggested to me long before lockdown so paid a visit to Cafe Ventoux just off the A47 east of Leicester.

This is not too far from the Alpaca farm we have visited.

Many of you may already know this cafe that is popular with cyclists and has a Tour de France theme.

They are happy for us to visit and will set aside a space for us to park bikes.

Hope we get the weather for a good turn again.

Cafe opens at 9 am at weekends.

As it's cycling themed I may well go on my push bike - weather dependant. *

* I won't be going on my pushbike regardless of the weather.

It's a good venue - been there a few times :thumb

Will hopefully make it.

Bump for Saturday.

Looking cool but dry.

I can't make this one as I'm working :blast - hope everyone has a good time! :beerjug:

Excellent breakfast gathering this morning and more folks turned up than I expected for December.

The rain stayed off but many of us got blinded by the light (low sun) on the way there.

Nice to welcome TillyB and great to see Tinytim venture down from Dee-Dah land (Steel City). :thumby:

I turned up on what Glynn has christened my disability bike (Niken). :D

See you at the next one.
Gerry

Thanks for organising Gerry, had a great ride there and back, enjoyed the meeting, but did not get chance to speak to everyone, bring on the next one.

Thanks for the welcome Gerry, nice to meet some of the forum members and not sure who owned it but loved the Serow parked outside.
