For some reason, I have no power from both power sockets on my 1150GSA (fairing and starter cover).
Continuity from earth is OK.
Fuses checked OK in box.
Is there an in-line fuse under the tank?

First time since new. Cannot see anything in the bmw manual.

So asking before taking tank off again.
Thanks

From what I can remember, when the beak socket is installed, then the harness piggy backs off the starter fairing socket. I would suspect that if you following the wire back from the starter fairing socket you will find the connector, and the harness. It maybe corroded, or a broken wire.

Sometimes making and breaking the connector a few times is enough to clear any corrosion.

Yes, found the problem; a broken live pin.
Shocked at the price of a new one at £16. If I had known, would have been more careful taking it apart.

Will look for something just as good in a motor factors.
