Hi folks, just nipped across from the LC forum, please don't shoot me (I've had two hexheads) A mate has just bought a really clean 2008 GS and there is a connecter at the front offsite that has no cover on it, can't remember seeing it on my older 1200 can anyone identify it. I think it's blue and brown/white stripes, not the indicator blue and brown.
Looks like the Carbon Cannister / Fuel regeneration valve connector. Theses were fitted to US models only.
The unused mounting bracket is handy for fitting an oil bottle or Split sound bomb horn
