Got myself a set of Humvee vinyls for my panniers and top box but I'm wanting to get them as clean as possible before applying it.

What's the best thing to use to get rid of the oxidation?

Brasso works well. Will need to wash it with some kind of soap/detergent after, but removes the oxidation back to the metal reasonably quickly
