I think so, they gave up the shop 18 months or so ago, and continued online as an importer for seat Concepts seats.
This has now passed onto Wrenchride, so assume Adventure Bike Warehouse is no more, sad really.
However I might be wrong and stand to be corrected.

Used to be handy for having the GS serviced whilst I went to the Winter Ales Festival in Manchester
Winter Ales has moved on, and so it would seem have ABW.
