Brake master cylinder question.

I have just fitted a 4 piston caliper and wondered what size master cylinder would be best; 13mm, or 14mm ?

I would like good feel, but not huge amount of brake lever travel (without it feeling “wooden”)

Anyone who has fitted a 4 piston caliper to a R100gs please advise.

Depends what caliper you’ve fitted
If it’s the modded 1100 one I think you had off me ,you may need to go to a 12mm

Yes it’s the 1100 4 pot I got from you.

Thanks. I have a 12mm, but was thinking a 13mm , or 14mm , would be better, less lever travel.
Or have I got it the wrong way round, as in bigger m/c will have more lever travel ?
Just trying to figure out the best way to have the best brake.
