Nice run up through the Dove valley to get to Ashbourne and then over the hills to Cromford, but the roads were FILTHY where the quarry lorries have been running. Never mind, my brown front soon turned red and shiny again, thanks to a liberal coating of ACF50.
I was disappointed to see so many 'bikers' at a pub ordering teas and coffees... the Timothy Taylors Landlord was well kept.

The Deliveroo or pizza delivery guys would be envious of that set up.
Original, period Craven rack….incredibly popular back in the day…fitted to every Brit bike in the 70’s and a few more besides!
