Matlock monthly classic meet.

That’s a CL72 mid sixties Honda. Imported from US restored and owned by a mate of mine.

In the first pic - the white bike, top lhs, is that a version of the Honda 175/250 twin in some sort of street scrambler guise? Looks really interesting and if it is a Honda, I think that's the first one I've seen.

Found a better picture on their FB page and a 350 that was also there.

If you look in the Old Bike Mart paper, there's usually a few of these Hondas for sale.

Sunshine and showers forecast for next Wednesday but looking warmer (10c) than last month.

Plan to go to this again tomorrow.

Very nice; would that be a 17"front rim on the BM by any chance?

Hi Snelly

The front spoked rim on the R1200C is 18 inch. The later alloy wheel was 16 inch.

The rear is 15 inch.

Matlock Classic meet is on again this Wednesday Lunch time. :thumb2

Why midweek? Everyone is at work keeping the economy going, or paying for the pensions of those that can go!

The weather is looking good, hope to make it a pensioners outing but will use the GS not my bus pass.
