Morning folks -

Please could anyone advise me what this pipe is (the lighter coloured one)?

It looks very much like a vent or breather, and terminates just in front of the rear wheel. Its upper end is waving free, and in that congested area around the shock it's hard to see what it should be connected to.

Any ideas?

why are you fiddling ?

it looks like drain from airbox .lhs rear corner underneath , look above s/arm. little spigot , normally broken off when airbox removed, cos it is made of hard plastic ,that has no give in it.
 
Air box breather, battery breather, two stroke bottle overflow, radiator expansion bottle overflow. Ooops wrong section thought I was in Kawasaki.

Seriously hard to get a view of, and I may need to see a chiropractor later to unknot my neck, but here it is, the bottom of the airbox.

Just to the right of the shock in the pic, it's still shiny so probably only parted company recently.

It may be easier to wait until I have the tank / airbox off to refit it, rather than trying to get my sausage-like fingers into that space.
