Anybody fitted after market guards? I’m looking at Barkbusters but would welcome any other suggestion.
V85TT after market handguards

I fitted the handguards from a Aprilia Capnord 1200....larger and more rigid than the stock guzzi items but not as robust as barkbusters.
B044836 and B044835 are the codes.
Also check out the SW Motech guards as I understand they are made by Barkbusters.

Thanks Phil, do these have a metal reinforcement bar like the Barkbusters ?
I understand the Motech ones have the same metal support as the barkbusters.....there is no metal support for the Aprilia ones.

Fitted my Barkbusters yesterday, excellent quality as expected and 2 point mounting with black VPS and spoilers, had to move my quadlock tot he RHS but 15min job in reality

Where did you buy them from Gary? The SW Motech ones look similar but with a SW Motech badge. I’d prefer the black like yours.

I've just remembered Tony, I fitted a set of Capanord rally handguards to my last V85. They worked very well. They will fit, but to make them a perfect fit I did make a small extension bracket where they attach to the mirror.
