I have a set of D4’s and D7’s. All have been working fine but now the D4’s are tripping the 4 a fuse. They are set at 10% brightness. If I disconnect the D7’s and put the D4’s on their circuit they work fine!! Any advice on what or how to test greatly accepted. I’m thinking the cansmart may be faulty but I’ve never heard of one breaking down.

They’ll trip anyway as they pull more than 4a , even at 10% brightness.

I had kind of the same issue a while back. Had a Gen 1 EZcan and the horn suddenly stopped. That circuit just kept blowing. Spoke with EZcan support who weee very helpful but they couldn’t see why this was happening. Eventually they sent out a GEN2 replacement FOC. Worth speaking to Denali support to see what they say.

Have you checked the circuit settings for the Amps? The D4's pull 6.6 A as a pair (according to Denali's site)

According to a bike things Steve, if set at up to 20% , they should be fine, which they have been up to now, this is what’s making me think the cansmarts faulty.

no harm in trying it . . . . if the cansmart is faulty it will still trip, no?
