You’ve never owned a proper one!

I changed from a Hexhead GS to a 1200lc R sport in April because I was struggling with high up weight of the GS, especially at low speeds and pushing it around the garage, I have had to put a high seat & lowered pegs on to get the knees comfortable and even though the weight is pretty similar it feels much lower down, I still miss the presence on the road that the GS seemed to have and my wife misses her comfy perch a bit but it has been the right change for me, I’ll probably never use or figure out half the electronic gizmos on it but the LC motor, gear shift etc are a real improvement as well.

Wow, BMW aren't renowned for their build quality , rusting sub frames , dodgy front forks , engine paint flaking , loose spokes , rusting drive shafts , leaky calipers , the KTM must be some real piece of crap
