Switch alarm off/ 2016 rt

Anyone know how or if you can disable the alarm. I have central locking also.
The alarm is driving me mad and any sort of fettling disturbs the alarm and it’s starts it off. I live in the Lake District and the alarm really

Hi Oly,
if you have the alarm handbook supplement there is the procedure in that, if not look online as it's quite a drawn out procedure with sequences, beeps and flashes.

I think it's a case of taking the alarm off 'automatic' setting, available through the dash on a 2016: -

Through the menu system. I have never had mine enabled
