The front at Cascais is prime - the InterContinental or Pestana (historic) are amazing, but expensive & hardly convenient for the Estoril circuit access if that's your focus.

Villa Gale in Cascais is very nice, quite affordable and bike friendly. I stayed there a couple of years ago for a Harley rally in town. Couldn't really ask for a better place.

If you should go out drinking heavily late at night in the town and lose your key to get through the gate back into the hotel grounds, do not think it's an excellent idea to simply climb over the hedge as its full of thorns.
