From time to time, the German RiDE magazine publishes assorted guides. The latest (No.12) is centred on south east France, a popular enough destination, two days ride from Calais.

Zoom in on the maps to copy them or type out the website address for the downloads.

So many roads and so little time!

Downloaded GPX files so I can see what bits I have never done (most of this lot I suspect), all I need now is the lotto win so I can give up work and have the time / money to ride them all :)

Having ridden the Gorge du Verdon many times, I would say this route is pretty much the definitive version, even taking in the Route des Crêtes, though I/we’ve always started and finished in Castellane.
Best ridden anti clockwise.
