I have a virgin superhub 2 running in modem mode connected to Orbis wifi router. I had to reset everything last night, now the SH2 won’t talk to the Orbis (or the apple router I had before).
But if I put it back into router mode, it connects to internet straight away.
Must be a setting issue but I am stumped, any thoughts?
I have a call logged with virgin btw …
