bike recovered to BMW motorrad dealership Besancon France

Morning, just wondering if anyone here has any experience of this dealership in Besancon, France.

The r1150gs was recovered there during the week, Tuesday, via AXA Breakdown/Carol Nash from nearby Vesoul, and I have heard nothing useful since other other than the bike is at this dealership. I made my own way home from Vesoul without visiting the dealership.( Closed at the time of recovery pick up).
Just curious, I suppose it is early days yet.

Thanks for that. I sent them an email earlier using google translate. I have school French and a brother who has gone native in south Belgium, but thanks all the same. Vesoul where the bike failed ( starting issues) is a bitch of a place to get from, AXA recovery no great shakes for recovery of the rider, whatever about the bike. All just another adventure! And it was running so well from Luxembourg down, I was heading to Milan.
