Headset with 3.5mm stereo output

I am looking for a comms system that has a 3.5mm stereo output so that I can connect ear buds.

I am not interested in helmet speakers

I will connect the headset to either the satnav, phone or music player by bluetooth.

Can anyone suggest a system - Senna or alternative

I use Etymotic earbuds with a Packtalk Bold connected via the 3.5mm socket

Do you need bike specific? Or would a small Bluetooth connected headphone (earbud) amp do the trick? Reason I ask is that I went from a cheap Cardo to a Fiio amp which works well on and off the bike.
