Lad's Yamaha bobber style bike has shed it's securing bolts for the straight pipes. I've taken a look and the exhaust bracket is at 45 degrees to the securing hole on the frame.
I suspect he's lost a bracket of some kind fashioned by the skilled chap who built the bike (Ding-Dongs Dad - RIP). Does anyone know of a bolt that can secure at an angle? It'll be no more than 10mm wide and 30mm long. I was thinking something along the lines of those used to secure the bash late on a hexhead 1200, shock absorbing rubber with a stud either end. No idea what they're called though
At least he's learnt why I wash/check my bike periodically, the header pipe bolts were loose too
