Have just had the shit scared out of me after having a front wheel rebuilt with stainless everything by a supposed expert and after 200 miles found a spoke nipple missing and the remaining spokes , well, lets say not tight. Do we have a go to wheel builder within the West Mids who would be able to true my front wheel?

Doesn't sound good, but did you check them after each and every use?
They will have needed to be checked.
I'd have thought your first port of call would be the person who built them up.

I’d use Devon Rim, it it’s a BMW’s wheel
