Tool tube for GS

So I thought I would buy a tool tube, in fact 2.
I though, one for tools and one for quick access to waterproofs.

They have been delivered.
And I can't find anywhere to fit them on the GS?
Other than fitting them to the panniers I cant see anywhere on the actual bike?

Has anyone got these and where did you fit them?

Garage shelves are full of tool tubes bought with best intentions

A few examples, and this is without panniers, the last one on the side of the top box is the only place, but I'm not doing that lol
I was hoping I could leave it on the bike even without box and panniers.

First one, I can't take lid off as reg in way.
Second blocks lights
If I go underneath I run the risk of suspension bouncing and tyre hitting it.

If I had upper bars on front maybe an option.


I might have to re think the proper toolbox.
I have removable givi pannier rails and no boxes fit that.

It did seem a good idea at the time but there's one here gathering dust on a shelf in the garage.

Gave one of mine away....
