MyRoute route vs Google route - Time difference

I’ve just downloaded and paid for the Gold version of MyRoute.

One quick question

If I plan a route from A to B as below it comes up with this ,using avoid highways

Whereas Google Maps has this

If I add a waypoint to force MyRoute to follow the Google route, the time difference is nearly an hour ?

Why would this be so ?

Has it changed the mode of transport or added a time break.

Because between a and your forced point and then to c you can see it has calculated a completely new route,as you have asked it to?

Which is the same route as Google wants to use but Google does it an hour quicker

I’m a bit vague about MRA, but on one of the tutorials Serge mentions that each of the different maps uses the algorithms of that map type. SO, could it simply be the maps own ‘working out’ that is causing the difference ?
