Ive just subscribed to the Gold Lifetime package at £129.

I did flirt with MRA 3 yeas ago on a Scotland trip with moderate success but went back to BC.

Anyways when I watch the tutorials I see a narrow toolbar running horizontally containing the drop downs for Export. Save As, Toolkit etc.

On my version this isn't directly visible but have to access via 'Page Menu' in the top right hand corner with map layer selection underneath.

Running on an Imac.

Is this just how it is now?? Progress? Its added one more click to access the tools. Or is there a way of changing the toolbar that I'm not seeing?
 
Here’s the answer to your problem.

This is what I see in gold, using my iPad:

The buttons are all there, top right. I have underlined them.

However, if I access the MyRoute app on my iPhone, I see:

If I then tap on Page Menu, I get:

Therefore, you seem to be looking at the app version on your iMac.

Richard, I dont think that is the answer !!!

You can still have the menu bar running using the app version on ipad :

BUT, if I now take that same page and split the screen on ipad, then the menu bar is changed to this :

So it looks like the OP’s screen needs to increase in width, though I wouldn’t have thought that would be an issue on an iMac ?

(Unless things have changed on iMacs, I dont think you can even load an app designed for ipad/iPhone and can only view the web-based version of MRA)

Very possibly it’s nothing more than a sizing issue.

I have no idea about apps. They either work or they don’t.

Either way, the OP has the answer to his problem.

I am running MRA on my windows lap top, and only see the Page menu button, clicking it gives me the drop down of options.

Thanks for replies. On this occasion it seems size does matter.

I zoomed out one magnification and the toolbar changed from what I had to what i wanted with all the options displayed. :beerjug:
