Connected but not connected?

Garmin BMW V shows connected in Garmin Express but when trying to transfer BaseCamp route, it shows, no device connected. Checked all the cables, all connect correctly.

So the problem is what?

Your help would be appreciated.

I don't know the specific answer to your question, but over a prolonged period of time - basecamp for me is 95% problems and associated frustration for something that should be so simple.

I switched to MRA and the whole experience of planning routes, exporting to Nav plus taking advantage of the already existing route library is so much better.

1. Has it worked in the past? Or is this the first time you have tried?

2. Are you using a PC or a Mac?

3. Does BaseCamp bring the maps held on your Nav V across?

Try using a genuine Garmin cable to connect to the computer.
