Any recommendations to get my leather bike trousers brought back to life ? usual wear points and losing the colour a bit. probably could do with a wash after 10 years.

Usually, I clean (Nikwax leather cleaner) and feed (DucksWax) my leathers at least once a year. But if yours need professional rejuvenation, you can post them to Hideout for their Leather Cleaning & Reconditioning service:

I’ve used this reconditioning service once, and my prehistoric pants returned looking good, feeling supple and smelling clean. It was worth the £60: way cheaper than new leather trousers!

Black shoe polish to bring the colour back, then black Ledergris. Works for me

Then upkeep via Nikwax liquid

A bit of a long way away (but no further than Hideout) from you but a friend has had a very good result from 'Drop your Gear' bringing his leathers back from the dead.

It's this suit:

Find them on Facebook and flick through the thirty or more 'before and after' pictures. They have done a great job.
