I don't blame the dealer. Test ride was pre arranged, but the bike would not start on the day. He told me they will put it on charge. After waiting 1 hour I was told that the bike is not charging and that was that. Chap was telling me the the alarm system is the problem, however the day before was fine.
Talking to the service manager about the alarm, he said it can't be turned off. The bike has to be on a charger, however next month a new software upgrade is due which will deal with the issue.
